Crip Erickson -- Owner/Managing Broker

​For 18 years, Crip Erickson has served a range of clients — seasoned sellers, first-time buyers, folks dabbling in their first rental, and savvy investors who are looking for commercial space, land, or large multi-unit properties.

Crip began his career in 2005 at Realty Executives in Old Town Fort Collins during the height of HUD foreclosures. From there, he spent 2
½ years at 8z Real Estate. He founded Erickson Realty in 2017 after realizing the hundreds of closings he had under his belt had more than prepared him for the duties of being a managing broker. In short, the problems that once kept him up at night as a rookie are now what he looks forward to solving.

He prides himself on making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible for his clients. Splitting his time equally between buyers and sellers, he covers all of Northern Colorado and the occasional Metro Denver client. Fort Collins is Crip's specialty, specifically Midtown and Taft Canyon.

Crip has a proven record of success turning owner-occupants into investors by helping them upgrade, or upgrow, their primary residences while holding onto their homes for rental purposes. Tackling contract issues and finding investment properties are parts of the job he particularly enjoys. He also is the proud founder of The Indies, a group of like-minded independent brokers that gathers twice monthly to discuss the market, concepts, and contract issues. They also celebrate each other's successes and have formed a unique kinship over the last few years.

Fresh from Moorhead State University, Crip moved to Fort Collins in 1997 to play drums in area band The Atoll. Twenty years later, he still plays drums, primarily with Mama Lenny and the Remedy, but his main gigs are work and family; he loves serving his clients and being a proud father and husband. ​ He also plays racquetball and tennis whenever possible to offset his appetite for movie popcorn.

For Deb, the draw of real estate was an organic one. Having started with a single-family home, she decided the best path for her future was to build a real estate portfolio. She purchased her first condo and turned it into a rental two years later. Hoping to continue growing her investment property portfolio, she decided to pursue her real estate license. Through the purchase of her own properties, she discovered she had a passion for the process. Today, she loves helping others achieve their real estate goals.
 
Deb has been a licensed massage therapist for 12 years and owns a successful business, Blue Phoenix Massage. Through her work as a massage therapist and business owner, she developed skills that make her a first-class agent.
 
In 2001, Deb moved to Fort Collins from the Chicago area and fell in love with the Colorado lifestyle. When she’s not working or fueling her coffee addiction at Starbucks, she likes to run, hike, snowboard, practice yoga, paddleboard, paddleboard-yoga, and basically do anything that keeps her outdoors.
